We are an Association …a team of dedicated professionals…that aspires to be successful in the achievement of our 'Mission' ….to improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve. We strive to promote excellence in all aspects of our services.

AMA is a non-profit Association, established in 1990 and is working to elevate the level of healthcare especially to the underserved communities in the region irrespective of race, color, class, creed, gender, or physical abilities.

We acknowledge the dignity, diversity, and worth of the people we serve, each other, and our institutions. Each member of the team is committed to acting with honor, honesty, and absolute integrity at all times in dealing with each other, and in dealing with our clients.

We are therefore committed:

 To provide safe blood transfusion to patients, specially children suffering from serious blood diseases like Thalassaemia, Leukemia, Hemophilia etc.

" To create awareness, counsel & educate patients, their families & other health professionals on the management and means of prevention of the genetic blood diseases and also other communicable diseases

" To maintain and foster a research environment that contributes significantly to medical knowledge

" To consolidate AMA Blindness Control Program by arranging more frequent Eye surgery camps in the remote areas

" To organize outreach healthcare programs for those living in remote area, by further strengthening of our Mobile Health Services Program

" To promote collaboration with Governments, International agencies like WHO, UNIADS, UNICEF and other NGO's in fighting diseases like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, Thalassaemia, Tuberculosis etc.

" To mobilize financial and professional resources for setting up AMA Welfare Hospital and Research Center in the region.
