REPORT OF AMA BLOOD CAMP HELD ON 8TH APRIL 1999 AT THE GOVT. GIRLS COLLEGE NO. II, ABBOTTABAD

Abbottonians Medical Association®  [AMA] organized a Blood Camp on Thursday 8th April, 1999 at the Govt. Girls Degree College No. II, Abbottabad.  Purpose of this Blood Camp was to collect blood for the Thalassaemic patients registered with AMA®. The camp started at 9.30am. 18 bags of blood were collected through this camp. The details of which is as under:

 Blood Grouping of over 50 students was also performed and their blood was taken for screening of Thalassaemia Trait.

 Dr. Abdul Aziz Awan, Chairman AMA® and Dr. Noaman Siddiqui, Secretary General AMA would like to thank Prof. Saeeda Shaheen, Principal, Govt. Girls Degree College No. II Abbottabad for her support for holding this Blood Camp. This was AMA's Fourth Blood Camp in this esteemed institution. AMA® is also grateful to all the staff members of the college for making excellent arrangements for the camp. Our special thanks to all the Blood Donors for donating their precious blood to AMA for the Thalassaemic patients.
